(4) provides the notarial certificate attesting to the above.

is aware of and understands the purpose and effect of a document |

knowingly notarize any document that is forged, incomplete, wrong or false,
or contains any statements known to be false |

certify copies of a Power of Attorney document or copies of their own Notary Public Journal |

discuss the contents of the document to be notarized,
define the title or the purpose of such documents, or guide, assist, select or prepare documents. |
