Each notarization is uniquely individual. Rarely are any two exactly
alike. The pricing for any particular notarization will reflect this
individuality.

I generally take notary apppointments in the evening and on weekends.
However, other times may be possible depending on my availability.
It is best to schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Same Day appointments with less than 6 hours notice will be charged a Rush Fee.

| Information on Hospital, Nursing Home, and Assisted Living Center Signings | |||
| (1) | The travel fee is payable upon arrival and is not dependent on the successfully completion of the notarization. | ||
| (2) | The signer must be coherant and able to communicate with the notary. It would be a good idea to schedule the notarization while the signer is awake and alert. This may require scheduling around medications that cause drowsiness or routine nap times. |

| (3) | The signer must know the purpose and effect of the document they are
signing. Because the notary is an impartial witness to a signing, they must ensure the signer is an aware and willing participant. Screening for willingness may need to be done privately. |

| (4) | The signer must have an acceptable form of identification. See FAQ. | ||
| (5) | If there is no acceptable form of ID, and the notary does not personally
know the signer, there must be two credible witnesses present for
the signing.

| (6) | Wait Fees are payable at the end of each 30 minute interval and are not dependent on the successful completion of the notarization. | ||

| (1) | Fees are payable in Cash only. | ||
| (2) | The travel fee is payable upon arrival and is not dependent on the successfully completion of the notarization. | ||
| (3) | Verify the times a notary can perform notarial services with the officials
at the facility. These times may or may not be during regular visiting hours. |
